Role:  UIUX Designer

Tools:  Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator

Durations:  4 months

Problem Statement

What was the challenge?
  • The company was using a third-party HR system that was not user-friendly. Unlocking additional features required extra payment, limiting its use primarily to payroll functions.

  • Attendance tracking relied on a thumbprint system, making it difficult for HR to monitor and retrieve records efficiently.

  • Leave applications were processed manually via paper forms, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of real-time visibility into who was on leave.

Who was affected?
  • HR teams who struggled with manual processes and inefficient tracking.

  • Employees who found it difficult to access and manage their leave and attendance records.

  • Management who lacked a clear overview of workforce attendance and leave trends.

Project Goal:
  • Develop an in-house HR system that integrates payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management in a single, user-friendly platform.

  • Enable real-time attendance tracking and automate leave applications to improve efficiency.

  • Provide transparency for employees and HR by allowing easy access to leave and attendance records.
